Mission. Vision. Values.
A Note from the Founder
As X10 Archery Academy moves toward non-profit status as a 501(c)3, it is important for us to ensure that our mission is clear for the road ahead. We have operated as a for-profit business under the name of X10 Archery since 2014, recently becoming X10 Archery, LLC. Our main model of being an academy for archery education is the driving force of what we do, and that is where our focus will continue, with a refined mission.
I, personally, entered archery as a bow hunter, quickly became a competitor with a period of state and national podiums, but ultimately became a coach. That has always been my passion, which, over the years has been eaten up with the administration of running a business, trying to make ends meet, and keeping the doors open for our archery community. It has not been without struggle. A hurricane, personal challenges, a global pandemic, and tumbling economy have all been part of this journey. However, for some reason... our doors are still open.
I believe that the reason is because there is a much bigger cause that we should be collectively addressing. I have cast a vision for the future of X10 Archery Academy, and I am ready to share it with the world. We will need all the help, all the people, donations, passion, energy, and a belief in the goal of... "Finding potential, with the art of archery"
This speaks to my heart of giving everyone an opportunity to find a purpose, by first of all giving them the tools to find clarity, embrace self-reflection, dream big, and make their own mark on the world. Every arrow is like a dream taking flight!
