Athlete Safety

X10 Archery Academy is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all participants. As an official member club of USA Archery, we strictly adhere to the following national standards:

• SafeSport Certified: We implement and enforce the USA Archery SafeSport Policy and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies (MAAPP) to protect our athletes from all forms of abuse.

• Background Screened Staff: All club officers, head coaches (Level 2 or higher), and individuals with regular access to minor athletes have cleared a comprehensive USA Archery-approved background screening.

• Certified Instruction: Our programs are led by a head coach holding a minimum of a USA Archery Level 2 Instructor certification, with all assistant instructors maintaining appropriate certification.

• Inclusive Environment: We provide programs open to all members without regard to race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, or disability, and we are dedicated to providing reasonable accommodations for all archers.

Reporting: Any violations of athlete safety policies can be reported directly through the USA Archery reporting process.
