We understand that life happens, and plans can change. Our goal is to make the experience as smooth as possible while respecting both your time and that of our coaches. Below are the guidelines for refunds and cancellations at X10 Archery Academy.
Rescheduling & Cancellations: If you need to reschedule a lesson, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice. Unfortunately, lessons canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the paid fees. While we understand that unexpected situations can arise, we appreciate your cooperation in notifying us as early as possible.
Late Arrivals: Please aim to arrive on time for your lesson. If you arrive up to 10 minutes late, you will still be able to enjoy the remainder of your 45-minute lesson. However, if you are more than 10 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show, and the lesson fee will be forfeited.
Try Archery Classes: Punctuality is essential for Try Archery classes. Late arrivals may result in the loss of your slot, and unfortunately, we do not offer refunds in this instance.
A 30-day notice is required to cancel.
This form must be completed before cancellation will be initiated and must be completed before the process can begin.
Membership remains active through the end of the paid month.
No refunds or prorated adjustments will be issued for paid subscriptions.
You may suspend your membership for up to 3 months if you’re traveling or taking a break.
Membership Termination: X10 Archery Academy reserves the right to terminate memberships or affiliations without prior notice, particularly in instances where members do not uphold the values or expectations of the Academy.
